At this moment we are looking for a new member of our customer service team for the DACH area in Rotterdam (Netherlands):

The job:

As Customer Service team member you will be responsible for the sales order process of Germany region (including Austria and Switzerland) and for the administrative project planning & coordination of installations in the mentioned region. You will be the spider in the web, linking all lines between customers, sales team, installers, logistics, production and purchasing department. Your goal is to reach and maintain a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.

-Fluent in German and English in speech and writing

-Minimum MBO, or relevant experience
